Return Policy

You may return an order back to us within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees to and from the customer will be the responsibility of the customer unless noted otherwise, such as our free shipping offers. Returns of products where free shipping was offered at the point of sale will be charged the shipping fee if returned for a refund. Please contact us before returning to get return instructions otherwise returns may not be accepted.
Please be sure to measure your pet(s) for accurate door size before ordering.

Also, per manufacturer’s policies, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost(s) when:

  • A delivery appointment is missed
  • Refused delivery
  • Returning a non-defective or undamaged product
  • If wrong item was ordered

Only a partial refund of the purchase price will be credited if the returned item is not in its new and original condition. The amount depends on the condition of the item, determined by the manufacturer. Also, the manufacturer may also deduct the cost of the original shipping cost if the item is not in original condition when received by the manufacturer.

Shipping Time and Delivery

Orders are processed and ship out within 2-4 business days and are delivered within 5-10 days by Fedex. You should receive a confirmation email right after ordering if an email address is provided when ordering. You will receive another confirmation once your card has been charged and another once your order has shipped and we have a tracking number for you.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is based on the total weight of the order + a base cost. Shipping can be calculated by clicking the buy buttons for each product. You are presented with Economy, (Fedex). 2nd Day and 3rd day shipping rates are not available for these products.

Please note: We currently only ship within the United States. Rates given are for continental United States only.

How to Pay?
CODs: We”re sorry, we do not accept CODs.

Checks/Money orders: We do accept checks/money orders. You can enter your order online by selecting the payment by check option. After you may send us payment by check or money order to:

We will be able to ship the item(s) once payment received, and cleared by bank (7-14 business days).

Credit cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. You may use any of these forms of payment once you enter your order and are asked for payment.

Paypal:
Yes, we also accept payment by Paypal from verified accounts with confirmed shipping addresses. You may select payment by check when asked for payment when checking out and afterwards you may send payment to [email protected], and please also note your order & daytime phone number in the payment. Either select the option when checking out or send payments to: [email protected].

Over the phone:
You may call in your order to us. However, it is better to enter your order online first so that way there is less chance of us getting the order information incorrect. You may order online and select the “call for credit card payment” option. After you have submitted the order you may simply call us at (800) 351-1265 and provide us the credit card number if you don’t wish to give it online. Or, we will call you for it within 24-48 hours if you don’t call us first.

Meeting Competitors Prices:
We will often try to meet or even beat a competitors price. Just let us know where the better deal is and we”ll let you know know if we can match it.
